The applications of Internet and Multimedia technology in education domain have brought profound revolutions to the concepts, patterns, methods and means of education. The Internet distributing resource environment provides powerful technical support for distant education and knowledge service in the aspect of Knowledge Acquisition (KA), shared ability and co-learning. In this background, the concept of E-learning develops very quickly. As an innovative learning pattern, E-learning breaks the time and regional limitation by fully using all kinds of education resources to organize teaching.This paper focuses on the problems of knowledge and resource organization in E-learning. Started from the basic form of knowledge and the cognitive structure, we propose an education-oriental three-level knowledge model, which is made up with conceptual network, knowledge framework and material. This model depicts the knowledge structure and the relationship between knowledge in the conceptual level. It solves the problem of dynamic categorization of knowledge.In the aspect of content structure of knowledge node, this paper proposes a uniform description framework, and discusses its arrangement and present under different strategies. It reflects the diversity of knowledge node structure.In the aspect of material organization, this paper chooses the material's knowledge attribution as the breakthrough point, and separates knowledge from its concrete form, then clusters resources with knowledge attribution. Using knowledge framework to organize modular resources meets the developing trend of using knowledge network to manage resources.The three-level knowledge model efficiently solves the problem of organization and representation of knowledge in different forms, such as concept, knowledge node and material resource, thus to present an innovative solution for education knowledge organization in E-learningenvironment.At last, this paper gives the arithmetic design and the realization of the self-adaptive knowledge recommendation and individually learning pages compose.
