The research purpose of this topic is to establish the Quality and Ability ModelModule in HR management, and to utilize it in combination with other model modulesof HR management in order to make the enterprise getting the better economic benefit.On the basis of the commonly used human resource management model incombination with the present work characteristics and demand of TianWei New Energy,utilize C/S3-layers structure mode to link the relevant businesses of the companytogether. This system contains: VB6.0, SQL Server2008and ADO connection toaccess technology. This topics presents how to utilize the core of this system---thefunction of employee quality competency model module in order to make theemployment managing module, training managing module, and performance managingmodule combined better, on the basis of it, develop the realization and design for theHR management system of TianWei New Energy. In one way, this topic performs thedetail explanation to the necessity and significance for developing the HR informationmanagement system of enterprise and proposes the demand analysis for realizing thequality and abilty model module in the system; in other way, utilizing the soft waredevelopment technologies and on the basis of confirming the target of this system,perform the detail analysis and design for the entirety structure, function module,system architecture, security, and database of TianWei HR system. Finally base thedesign of this system to establish the code redacting and test for each function of thissystem. Therefore, develop a HR management system of enterprise with operationfunction perfect and structure multilayer.The study of the HR management system in this topic refers to the research forbuilding and realizing the HR management system based on the client terminal mode.Develop a HR management platform with the feature of this enterprise in the center ofquality and ability model module combined with other core data of each model module.It is used for appraising and maintaining the ability and quality level of employees withevery item of index. The content of this topic includes the basic components of HRmanagement system which can provide the exact, in-time, simple&clear, complete,and important information needed by the relevant enterprise strategy decision-making;make the diversification of HR management extending, improve the accuracy rating of the relevant management work, increase the work efficiency of the managementpersonnel and disengage them from the troublesome transactional work, concentrate theHR strategy work more and supply the stronger support to the decision maker of theenterprise in order to make the management and decision-making more scientific andmore practical.
