Design And Implementation Of Human Resource Management Platform Based On The FAM System

With the rapid development of scientific and technological progress and paperlessoffice business, it has been the mainstream for current work to handle daily business bythe use of information-sharing and network platform. The more advanced technology is,the more important talent will be. The planning and configuration of human resourceshave become emphasizes of enterprises. Good development and management of humanresources could create more suitable environment for talent development, so that thepotential value of human resources would be effectively exploited and enlarged, and thecompetitiveness of enterprises would be improved. It is necessary for human resourcesoptimization to apply computer technology into human resource management, and it isalso a kind of developing trend. It is supposed to choose a suitable software platform torealize the goal of establishing standardizing enterprise business management processes,increasing service quality of human resource management and improving workefficiency.This thesis establishes human resource management system and makes humanresource management informational, intelligent, standardized and autonomous with theadvance of computer development and Oracle technology according to FAM systemplatform construction. And on the basis of related standards and specifications, thethesis promotes the application of information and service into various aspects ofhuman resource management. This thesis manages personal information by developinghuman resource management module of FAM system with social security payments,salary, and performance, and operates various kinds of business on FAM systemplatform in order to realize selective sharing of the enterprise data with the help ofvisual management tools provided by computer system.Firstly, this thesis introduces the background and application status of FAM system(including Finance Management Information System (FMIS) and Enterprise AssetManagement (EAM, including materials management system and equipmentmaintenance management system) system). Secondly, this thesis presents relatedtechnology and detailed functional requirements and makes systematic planning anddesign on the basis of demand analysis. Thirdly, this thesis describes an initialframework of human resource management system, sets up FAM system management platform, tries to combine devices management, financial management and materialsmanagement with human resource management and forms a systematic applicationentirety with the integration of all aspects of enterprises. Finally, this thesis introducesthe simulated realization and latter tests of the module in detail, summarizes the study ofthis issue and makes an outlook of the future application of human resourcemanagement module in FAM system.
