In enterprises, the management of the human resources is a very important job, it is responsible for daily personal scheduling and prepare of human resources of the whole enterprise,etc.It was all operated artificially in the past, as the scope of the enterprise expanded, the work load of human resources management of the personnel department was aggravated greatly. With the development of computers apply, personnel workers are eager to hope that majority of tedious work can be disposed by computers, in order to lighten the artificial pressure and improve working efficiency.This text has analyzed the state that the management system of human resources developed in our country at first, then proceed from real business of one company, direct against the current situation of human resources management of this company, through the detailed system investigation,design and develop the of a set of human resources management information system for this company. In the course of designing and developing, draw some ideas of outstanding commercial human resources management systems ,and according to the actual demand of this company, carry on certain innovation on function and technology, utilize OLE technology technically, ADO object,third party of Vclskin, MD5 arithmetic encrypts data files, dynamic and binding technology,etc. Finally,this thesis has explained the hardware support that the system should realize~the design and realizing of human resources management system, and has solved the problem of necessary interface files that creats the salary of the bank produce.This system has realized six major functions such as file management, personnel management, attendance management, wages management, report forms management, statistical analysis of human resources management, there is certain function of using for reference in research and development of the human resources mangement systems.
