With the rapid development of domestic economy and the advancement of urbanintegration, the expansion of city scale ground network scale expansion, but relative tothe scale of underground pipeline resources wiring, compared to the traditionalmanagement means for building a large-scale pipeline survey and computer due toinaccurate data, resource update maintenance difficulties, such as large investment, itslagging pipeline maintenance and management of resources, urban road and theunderground pipeline resources management have become increasingly complex. So themunicipal pipeline pipe resource management for modern resources management meansto achieve urban underground pipeline resources comprehensive managementautomation, and based on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology andgeographic information system (GIS) technology for building intelligent undergroundpipe network system with the combination of intelligent data acquisition and digitalmanagement provides a material basis. Under the background of this thesis is based onthe opened based on radio frequency identification technology and geographicinformation technology of intelligent underground pipe network system design.Paper main work includes:(1) the radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and geographicinformation system (GIS) technology basic theory research. Analyses the characteristicsof the municipal pipe network digital and radio frequency identification (RFID)technology and geographic information system (GIS) technology applied in themunicipal management advantages, and the principle of two technologies to do a briefoverview;(2) combining with the characteristics of the city municipal pipeline resourcemanagement demand investigation, and put forward based on radio frequencyidentification (RFID) technology and geographic information system (GIS) technologyin municipal pipeline system design and system architecture;(3) according to the municipal pipe network system design and system architectureof GIS of urban geography information respectively Struts modules, system components,RFID electronic information resources markup, RFID middleware detailed analysismodule design, database detailed analysis and design, combined with RFID tags, PDA+, speaking, reading and writing, data management, GIS background for the pipelineresources without contact and identification information management and informationcollection, data processing and visual management, At the same time through the RFIDmiddleware divided into data acquisition terminal and management services,connecting with RFID device and sent the data of label to the processing system of themanagement server message, and using JMX technology to complete the RFIDmiddleware architecture, message processing components.(4) to display the result of the system function design, respectively from the systemimplemented the Struts framework, database, RFID electronic information labeling andresources management implementation, the GIS of urban geographic information torealize Angle result shows the system design;(5) at the end of the paper on the system function test and performance test, andanalyze the result of the test summary, and then the design process of the whole systemare summarized, and the problems existing in the system design and system is the futuredirection were discussed.
