Experimental equipment is an important tool to exercise the ability to operate, analyze and solve the problem, but also the primary symbol of scientific research ability and academic level in Colleges and universities. With the increasing degree of dependence on the laboratory equipment, and the proportion of experimental equipment into the capital gradually increased, so the management of the experimental equipment has become the most important task of the work. Along with the development of equipment, large-scale, precision, automation and digitization, the traditional model of equipment management has exposed the low efficiency in the use of, data redundancy and slow speed, making the life cycle of the equipment is greatly reduced, dirty, corrosion, idle, aging seriously affected the efficiency in the use of equipment, in order to better to achieve the purpose of the experiment, the establishment of standardization, information technology equipment management framework has become today is facing an urgent and important task.In view of this situation, the system will be advanced networking technologies and equipment management combining together, WPF application technology, socket network communication technology, RFID technology and SQL Server database technology, based on RFID technology of C/S multi-layer architecture laboratory equipment management system, can realize real-time data upload function, the PC do server storage device, handheld reader as the client equipment information collection. Man-machine interface using WPF technology development, interface design novel, has the very good visual enjoyment, C/S multi-layer architecture model makes data processing is abnormal in business logic layer, can effectively avoid database access and illegal attack. PC parts add automatic reminder design, can be a smart reminder equipment to be maintained and scrapped state. Lower computer handheld reader by cortex m3 for core of STM32 as the main control chip, through hand-held card reader access to the electronic tag data, the micro controller of the collected information, and the communication protocol through the wireless communication module passed to the server, the server interface using multithreading features, for each client to server to send the connection request to establish a specialized communication thread, can also parse and process multiple communication protocols and experimental equipment related data stored in SQL Server database.After the completion of the entire system, within the laboratory of wireless communication data accuracy, stability and real-time were tested. The results show that the system of sending and receiving data is reliable, in the field of experimental equipment management has certain application value.
