| With the increasing scale of the China Mobile network construction, in particular, with thedevelopment of broadband data services, the management issues of static resource which is alsocalled "dumb resource" in transmission pipeline project is very difficult, most of them cannot becollected by automated means therefore,the transmission pipeline project’s management of allbranches of China Mobile almost mainly reply on manual supplemented by computer, the degree ofcentralization of resource information is low and inefficient, lack of information’s support. Theartificial data acquisition of traditional resource management method can be aided by the new RFIDtechnology which can be applicable to remote, dynamic, real-time network resource data collection,combined with the backstage computer database, forming the whole intelligent network resourcemanagement system, thus greatly improve utilization of resource, especially extended to dumbresources utilization of the network peripheral,and reduce operating costs. The real-time dynamicnetwork resource acquisition to dumb resources of the whole network will grasp resources statusmore accurately and obtain complete resource data,it can provide effective data support forintegrated resource management system of China Mobile,thus make full use of existing "dumbresources", reduce network operating costs, improve management efficiency efficiently and achievea fine dynamic management of network resources.The thesis is based on the development status and trends of domestic and international RFIDand network resource management as well as our current study achievement and existing problemsin the field. The purpose is to study the development of the "dumb" resource management systembased on RFID. The system, through the RFID and other technology of Internet of Things andmarking dumb resources with identity tags, uses a wireless network and back-office managementsystem for managing and controlling dumb resources, so as to improve dumb resources dataauthenticity and accuracy, and to improve efficiency of network construction and management ofmaintenance. In the "dumb Resources" management, introducing RFID technology is the first of itskind in the industry. In the management model, we introduce creatively the "Method of Two LabelsMarking," classificating the "dumb Resources" for management, greatly enhance the constructionphase and late phase of the operation and maintenance efficiency and quality of work.In an internal project team field simulation test, the thesis good achievement test results.
