In the management of human resources, the management of personnel salary is animportant part in the. Traditional salary management system is typically a fixed wageformula and a fixed wage project, difficult to adapt to changes in wage policy and wagesystem under market economy conditions. Flexible wage structure, wage managementsystem can be custom set of books, wage items and formula, but often complicated tooperate, difficult to promote the use of clients at the grass-roots level.I as a staff ofChina telecom group,more can be deeply felp,because of our enterprise businessbig,need more people,so a perfect and efficient personnel salsry management system isvery necessary.With the continuous application of computer and network in various fields,Web network wage management system is developed and applied, as part of the officeautomation is very important, Web network management is an effective means toimprove the management efficiency. This paper discusses the significance of researchpersonnel salary management system based on Web, discusses the three layer softwarearchitecture Web network wage management system and design principles. Strictlyspeaking, this system is developed using ASP.NET dynamic webpage language, usingMicrosoft Access as a persistent storage, and a product using the JavaScript scriptinglanguage, CSS+DIV front-end technology unifies, realizes the system managementterminal settings, salary information data entry, modify, query, delete, print and otherfunctions, as well as the user end person salary information query and other functions.All the work of management of the salary can be completed online through the system,all the real-time data sharing.
