The vocational education is an important component part of the national educationsystem in our country, bearing the important task of cultivating high-quality workers forall walks of life. Our school is a four-star key secondary vocational schools in jiangsuprovince, but when school enrollment is uneven, some students learn basic difference,behavior to correct. I am engaged in education work in school for many years, and asthe years of the teacher in charge work, work in more and more feel, vocational schoolstudents to practice skills, first is to do a good job of moral education. In the "manwithout all-rounder, everyone has to, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, eachsuccess" education philosophy under the guidance, based on the demand of moraleducation in school, the author designed the system’s purpose is to promoteinformatization construction of school moral education, improve and enhance the schoolmoral education management level.This paper briefly describes the background of information technology ineducation, domestic and international situation, as well as the systematic study of theobjectives and content. Analysis of our school moral education of informationtechnology to implement the specific requirements and conducted feasibility studies,using a UML Unified Modeling Language completed the system requirements modeling.Discussed the current popular system architecture, development technologies. Thedesign of the main study how to use ASP technology, Web technology and SQLServer2005database technology development, the use of modular thinking on theoverall system design process, put the information management system of moraleducation in secondary vocational schools into multiple subsystems designed modulescan foreground and background to achieve the management, user permissions, and forordinary classroom teacher confers different rights, student conduct record of praise andcriticism, the teacher can complete the bumban attendance, praise and disciplineinspection situation, and system management students in the background to add, delete,and various privileges operation. And describes the information management system ofmoral education in secondary vocational schools for the detailed design andimplementation process, focused on articulated with other information managementsystems are different in several aspects: user permissions settings, students’ moral behavior of fine technology and guidance. Discusses the system testing methods, aftersome tests, the system meets the design requirements of the required functionality andperformance requirements. Finally, we propose a system for possible future trends andthe future direction for further work.The system is different from other information management system, is the mostsignificant characteristic of the students’ moral education is much more specific andtransparent, can also reduce ren, director of the school moral education and class work.Make the moral education in each semester, the teacher in charge to student’sassessment and the assessment of the teacher in charge of students discipline andprogress can have an operating platform.Currently,this system development completed preliminary has being deployed inour campus, and carried on the preliminary use, from the trial, the system can runnormally, interface and easy, simple and convenient operation, and has certain stability.In addition to the individual interface humanization aspects need to be improved, therest of the running in good condition.
