Network has become an important environmental and social factor in the process of students'development, and it is vital to explore the Internet context of moral education and to use the Internet to carry out moral education and research to students in schools and vocational colleges.In order to understand the status of students'use of the Internet, a survey was organized via questionnaires to obtain first-hand information. We found that nowadays the school moral education work is separated from network, and it is urgent how to strengthen the guidance of online education for students and how to play an active role of the network in school moral education.Guidance for the student to study the network knowledge and learn the correct utilization if network, a good foundation laid for students moral education through network and colorfulness of students'life in the network should become the important constituents of the school modern moral education. Because we are faced with the ever-changing Internet which is unavoidable, times call for a new healthy, attractive, affinitive and influential morality and it is necessary to build up such a new morality under the new situation. In terms of the ideological and moral formation of the young, to build up a moral website is to create an open and moral ideological field; in terms of the characteristics of the network, a moral education website is the extension of form and content in morality; and in terms of the present situation of vocational education, the construction of a moral website is an effective way to to enhance moral education in vocational schools. Objectively, the construction of a moral website conforms to the need of modern moral education. Building up the Bluestar website, we intend to help improve the students'overall quality in modern moral education and promote the overall education level of the schools, thus playing the leading role of network in modern education. 4This paper discusses in detail the construction project—the Bluestar moral network in Changchun Vocational and Technical College in terms of plan, design, implementation, test, management and site construction as a whole, and highlights two aspects of techniques—the campus network planning and site construction.The network process of education is the process of information input, dissemination, acquisition and feedback. In other words, it is a process in which educators use a network to disseminate some information and educational subjects, influencing the students'educational ideas and concepts, cognitive status and behavior process. In this paper, the following methods are used: literature review, investigation and analysis, experimental research, results analysis, and interviews.Website construction generally includes the following several stages: the project application, the composition of project report, the design of questionnaires, the basic diagnosis of students'access to the Internet, the diagnosis report, the plan of moral education website based on the analysis report, the network construction plan, the website module construction and conformity, the website test analysis and operation.Project team conduct a survey on all students in classes 2005 and 2006 from the Information Branch. The contents of the survey includes basic information on students'access to the Internet (time, frequency, purpose); students moral values and behavior to the network (views of moral value to the network) and so on. From the questionaires, seminars, online surveys and moral education in practice, we summed up the students'hot spots and difficulties and the current focuses on moral education and determined 10 sections in the website, namely, information broadcast, moral space, student space, philosophy of life, mental health, traditional culture, family education, employment, teacher-student communication, video on demand. Besides, we designed the 38 sub-sections, so as to ensure the contents of each section is relatively substantial and complete.At the early time of site planning we proposed the general principles of "unified planning, step-by-step implementation, emphasis on practicality, safety and reliablity,". In order to ensure data security and job stability, we empoyed the server H3C Neocean IX1000, and WEB server, which is composed of HTTPD plus the back-end databases. In Bluestar moral Network Web publishing server, RedHat Linux 9.0 operating system is employed not only to reduce project costs, but also maximize the performance of hardware systems. In the Server Configuration section, the WWW server, DNS server, DHCP server and the key configuration files in other application server are given, with an introduction of site development tools such as ASP, PHP, JSP, Dreamweaver8.0.Website function modules are based on whether feedback is divided into static modules and interactive modules. Taking into account the convenience of site management and future maintainance, a hierarchical tree to structure the entire site is used in this design. Home page design involves the layout of lines and shapes, colors and so on, with Moral Network home page and its main modules page drawings. Web page special effects and an important production source code in the text have also been cited for reference.In conclusion, this article gives a breakthrough with the results and the existing problems and ideas for future research to be made.In short, using the Internet for students to engage in moral education paves a long way to go. Educators must guide students to make the right judgments and to maintain the proper values. Therefore, this research has a certain practical and meaningful instruction.
