The moral education of young people as a moral awareness of the transition from childhoodto mature individuals, values, cultural orientation, aesthetic orientation and value orientationof the organic combination, because of its destabilizing factor and appearance, vulnerable tothe surrounding environmentchange and social awareness. Television as one of the youthmoral education of the external environment, its function in the role of the market, significantchanges in transition from a simple news media for a comprehensive mass media, from fullpolitical-led transition to a market-driven from a single the mouthpiece of the function intothe function of serving the public. At the same time, with the social and economicdevelopment in China, the entertainment needs of the community increased significantly.Today’s television in the fierce market competition in order to pursue their own developmentof television entertainment features gradually flourish, entertainment, and then evolved intothe "pan-entertainment. Young people as a TV audience of one of the main pan-TVentertainment environment, and how their moral education stand out.Moral education of young people under the Pan-TV entertainment environment as thestarting point the use of documentary research, example of analysis, questionnaire on thepan-TV entertainment environment to sort out the negative impact of the youth moraleducation, and the angle of the solution. Divided into four parts, first part describes the statusof a TV pan-entertainment-oriented, first of all explain the concept of pan-entertainment,followed by various manifestations of the TV Pan Entertainment illustrated; detailed in thesecond part of the Pan-TV entertainment environment the following values of the youngpeople, thinking skills, language, aesthetics, communication methods, consumer concept ofmany negative changes; the third part of the socio-economic, cultural television, media,regulatory and adolescents aspects of pan-TV entertainment environment youthDemoralization reasons; fourth part by the analysis of reasons to seek the moral education ofyoung people under the pan-TV entertainment environment strategies in order to seekinnovative means and ways of youth moral education in the new situation.
