Its effectiveness relates to the school harmony, stabiliy and development. Moral education covers all aspects of the worlk concerning students political thought, from students'academic status, registation, grades, to room allocation and management, to the check of students'attendance, discipline, sanitation, and student quality assessment, appraising, the assessment of headteacher's perfomance, etc.; The work involves a broad area and work load, and thus the modern scientific management methods becomes necessary in management. The paper is to start from the school of business processes to refine moral management into information management for students, information management for teachers,, management of the three contests, star room management, student Quality Assessment management, quantitative assessment management of headteachers, the Director-mail management module , plus landing module and the online staff list module (9 modules in total). It is to analyze the functional requirements and system security needs and performance requirements of each module, design various modules by using structured analysisto achieve the functions of each module. The system shares campus network authentication and data, with the platform of the popular Windows Server 2000/2003 operating system and using SQL Server 2000 as the background database. The use of advanced network technology, B / S architecture, J2EE technology and modeling Language UML makes the whole system technically mature.Development of moral education management information system gives full play to the campus network. It uses modern information technology and management methods to replace the manual operation and traditional management methods to achieve internal system integration and data sharing, which provides clear Evaluation data for the moral education in schools to make the school's student management systematized, standardized, automatic, and make communication between teachers and students easy and promote the flow of information in schools so as to achieve high efficiency, high level scientific management objectives.
