Design And Implementation Of Personnel Management Information System Of Prison Police

With the development of the information technology, information for the actualwork of the prison has become increasingly important. Based on informationconstruction of the current prison, combined with the practical problems in the work,police personnel management system design implement is studied in this topic. Policepersonnel information is the basic information about prison personnel management,which includes the basic personnel files, education and training experiences,achievements, job transfers, rank and job title, appointment and dismissal of cadres andmany other basic personal information of polices and workers in prison. As the largeamount of data and complex correlation of the information, informationization andstandardization of police personnel work will be powerful guaranteed, at the same time,the level of prison management will be further enhanced by designing a prison policepersonnel management system adapting to the actual process of grassroots prison andprofessional development of prison.Based on the current popular B/S architecture, prison police personnelmanagement system implementation is discussed in this thesis by developing with JSPas the main development language, JavaScript, CSS and other technologies as thesecondary, MySQL as the backend database. The overall design of the project andtechnology roadmap are proposed by analyzing the current situation and developmenttrend of prison police personnel management, and according to the construction ofprison police personnel management system. In this thesis, the business requirements,functional and performance requirements, interface requirements are analyzed in detailfor the prison police personnel management system. And the prison police personnelsystem is divided into five subsystems,which are police personnel managementsubsystem, staff personnel management subsystem, prison establishments managementsubsystem, system management configuration subsystem, and auxiliary supportmanagement subsystem. Process analysis and design implementation are did for eachsubsystem module in detail. The results of software test shows that the prison policepersonnel management system can achieve the expected satisfactory results, and getsuccessful pilot applications at the grassroots prison.
