Design And Implementation Of The Armed Police Force Personnel Management System Based On .Net Platform

With the development of human society, especially the rapid development of information technology, people’s way of life and work have changed over time; at the same time, people’s demand of information is becoming more and more urgent, people hope to acquire important data from a lot of data, data mining technology was thus born. Data mining technique is one of the traditional industries, serving as a retrofit and upgrading the industry; personnel management for any unit is important, the competition between countries or between enterprises is the talent competition, talent has a decisive role for its success or failure, this paper will introduce data mining technology to military personnel management system, using association rules algorithm for personnel management of data mining and its application.The development and application of armed military personnel management system, meets the actual demand of the armed forces management department of information management for personnel cadres, personnel selection and personnel decisions, the system has better security and stability, the system design and development strictly follow the current standards of national and military management system; the development of modular, standardization and universal interface design is achieved so as to ensure an advanced system; B/S architecture solves the server and client data access problems, making the system more efficient and stable; user rights management system in terms of role and operation department unit is convenient for users to achieve the tracking system which can log; the main results are as follows:(1)The status of data mining at home and abroad has been summarized, and the development and characteristics of the personnel management system at home and abroad have been analyzed and summarized.(2)The association rules mining and Apriori algorithm have been analyzed.(3) According to the actual needs of armed police unit personnel management analysis, the author designs the function module of the personnel management system systematically and in detail. Finally, the system realizes all the modules and develops with stable operation, perfect function based on Net personnel management system.(4)The results analysis pf mining data, based on Net’s personnel management system and data mining module in the system of personnel data mining, can play an important scientific and decision-making part in management of talents training and cadre promotion.
