Research And Implementation Of Police Personnel Management System Based On SSH2

With the rapid development of computer technology, the human society has gone into the information age. Today almost every industry is in the informatization construction.Because police department is the national law enforcement agency,it’s very necessary to speed up the pace of informatization construction for it. To set up a set of functional information system for police department can not only exponentially improve the running efficiency but also realize information sharing and analysis ability.In this context, to develop a set of internal personnel management information system suitable for police is necessary.First,the implementation of the personnel management system can greatly simplify the business process of personnel management and improve the efficiency of management.The system integrate various business of traditional personnel management of police department together,different person deal with different business via system so the complexity of personnel management can be simplified. Second personnel management system can realize electronic management of personnel information and file.Third,the personnel management system can easily integrate with other system in police department so that these systems can share information and complement functions with each other.In this paper,we carried on the detailed demand analysis to personnel management system based on the actual personnel management business process of police department.And then we use SSH2(Struts2+Spring+Hibernate)combination framework to realize the system.The personnel management system achieved automation and informatization of police department’s internal personnel management and have some functions include police basic information management, file management, attendance management, rewards and punishment management, salary management, etc.SSH2is a kind of Web development combination framework that combine Struts2,Spring and Hibernate.The Web application system that based on SSH2can be divided into three layers, presentation layer, business logic layer and persistence layer.Struts2major role in the presentation layer and have a good support for the controller and view of presentation layer.Hibernate can be used to realize persistence layer.Usually on the Hibernate persistence layer we also defines the DAO components to further encapsulate database operations. Spring framework provide support to the business logic layer,it can also be used to manage the presentation layer and persistence layer objects and their dependencies relationship by Spring loC container.SSH2fully combines the advantages of each frame,so it greatly simplifies the development process of complicated application system.Because the personnel management system in this paper is based on SSH2combination framework and some other technology,it has some features as follow.First,because the system is B/S structure system,there is no need to install client software and thus avoid the troubles such as client installation, distribution and upgrade.Users only need to landing system for business operation via a browser.Second,SSH2combination framework simplifies realization of system,reduces the coupling at all levels.This makes it become easy to maintain and extend system.Third,it improved the safety and reliability of data to use Oracle DBMS to store data.Forth,the system has a user friendly interface and facilitate user to use.
