Design And Implementation Of Personnel Management And Performance Appraisal System For Armed Police Fire Detachment

With the continuous deepening and development of the firefighting informationization construction of the armed police,many of the work of the armed police firefighters can be effectively solved.However,in the personnel management and performance evaluation,most of them still adopt the traditional information input method.This way,the firefighters of the armed police are inefficient,and the pressure is high.Many statistics of the data are not accurate enough.Based on some practical problems faced by the personnel management and performance evaluation of the armed police fire brigade,this paper discusses the importance of automation and information evaluation for its current work.In order to improve the work efficiency of the armed police fire detachment personnel,improve the information management level of personnel management and performance appraisal,help the armed police fire brigade to solve some problems in the actual work,and stimulate the enthusiasm of the detachment personnel.Therefore,the research ideas of the personnel management and performance evaluation system of the armed police fire brigade are put forward.According to the above situation,this paper specifically discusses the design of a performance evaluation system to solve the actual problems of the armed police fire detachment.The system uses Android technology as a platform for development,using JSP dynamic web page production technology,combined with SQL Server 2016 database management technology to provide technical support for system design and implementation.Through the investigation of the current assessment of the armed police detachment and the study of the existing personnel management and performance appraisal system of the armed police detachment,the demand analysis was made.The personnel management and performance appraisal system of the Armed Police Fire Brigade mainly includes five functional modules: user registration and registration,personnel assessment management,evaluation index management,evaluation inquiry and statistics,and personnel evaluation functions.In the system requirements analysis,the system operation is also performed.The process,give the corresponding use case diagram,and analyze it in detail.Then,according to the needs analysis of the system,the overall network of the system is designed,and the design scheme of the database is also given.Finally,the paper introduces the implementation of the personnel management and performance evaluation system of the Armed PoliceFire Brigade,and tests the system.It also briefly describes the shortcomings of the system and the future work.Through the design and development and implementation of the system,not only can the work efficiency of the armed police fire detachment personnel be improved,the enthusiasm of the detachment personnel can be stimulated,but also the reference for other departments and units in the research and development performance appraisal system.The personnel management and performance evaluation system designed and implemented in this paper is innovative in the following aspects: First,the convenience of Android platform enables managers to complete the personnel assessment,assessment index management,training and evaluation of the armed police fire brigade at any time,eliminating the traditional system can only be in the PC side.The disadvantages of performance management operation provide convenience for the management of fire brigade detachment.Secondly,the performance evaluation index system of the fire brigade of the Armed Police Force is established in the system.The index system includes daily training and assessment,meritorious awards and so on,so that the system functions more in line with the actual needs of the performance evaluation of the fire brigade of the Armed Police Force.
