As widely applied,LED is gradually appears as the protagonist in the lighting market in the future.LED photoelectric with high efficiency,long service life and environmental protection,and many other advantages,in theory,the service life of LED more than100000hours,but in the process of practical application is not the case,the main reason is that the choice of the drive power and drive properly,the LED are easily damaged.So for efficient high-power LED driver power supply design has very important significance.This paper analyses the electrical characteristics of LED and the driver mode,four kinds of typical driving circuit was introduced in detail.Then carried out in-depth research on the LED drive power,against Flyback converter circuit mode to carry on the thorough research and comparison,and ultimately determine the driver working mode of the chip,design and drive chip peripheral circuit are analyzed, all kinds of protection function such as UVLO, Output Short Circuit, Open Circuit Protection, Current Limit, protect the external power MOSFET gate drive output voltage.On the basis of the above theory, design of a non-isolated single-stage PFC flyback circuit, high efficiency, high power factor LED driver power supply, conducted a detailed analysis of the module in each portion of the driving circuit, finally the products of the performance were tested.The effect of constant current LED driver has basically reached the pre-design requirements,the reliability and stability of the system has aslo reached a very good standard,the experimental results and theoretical analysis are almost consistent,this work will have a certain significance on production and practical work.
