In every country, the status of energy is very important, so rational utilization of energy is a very important subject, especially for our country, such a big country of energy consumption. Low carbon and pro-environment have become the focus of social issues. LED (Light Emitting Diode) is a new concept of solid-state light source, because of its high luminous efficiency, its non-pollution from the production process to use process, its power consumption is only a fifth of the traditional light bulb, but its service life will increase decuple, LED is also known as the green lighting. LED technology has become one of the most promising high-technology, the innovation of semiconductor lighting technology is changing the history of the traditional lighting. LED light has no radiation pollution, its color rendering is high, and it has strong luminous direction; its dimmer performance is good, it won't produce visual error when color temperature changes; LED as a kind of cold lights makes low heat and it can be touched safely. It can provide comfortable illumination space, also can well satisfy the need of people's physical health, As a healthy light source it can protect our eyesight and it is very environmental. Therefore, it very necessary to develop a kind efficient switching power supply which is suitable for LED lighting.In this paper, based on deeply research of the basic theory of switching power supply, we research the main modules circuit parameter design and magnetic core transformer design and optimization of switch power, so my main research work are listed as following:1.Research on the topological structure and working principle of flyback switching power supply, deeply analyse and design the main modules circuit of switch power supply.2.Analyse the magnetic parameters design of transformer, seek the optimization design of magnetic core transformer in the angle of magnetics.3.Develop a global input voltage range (85~265Vac), 1.2A/25V output of LED constant-current driving switching power supply, and research the choice of the parameter of key power components.
