DC magnet power supply system is important component of large research facilitiessuch as accelerator、velocitron and so on. It drive various types of magnets generate pulsemagnetic field, then act on different charged particles can change the motion status andtrack as the means and tool of explore microcosm. To get high stability and strengthmagnetic field, so the magnet power supply system has characteristics of high capacity, highprecision current, high frequency stability and quickly dynamic response. The study ofcritical part of the system is focus that ensure power sulppy running as target, it has a certainreal significance, so this paper is mainly as follows:Study and introduce the research status both at home and abroad of high capacity andhigh precision DC magnet power sulppy system, analyse structure characteristic,combinedwith the feature of magnet load is inductive load, confirme overall framework and designideas of power of system. The key to design overall system is phase-controlled rectifier partand ripple rejection part, along with thyristor switch and continuous current circuit,combined with advanced control algorithm, the power supply output pulse flat wave current.Take deeper simulation analysis and contrast six pulse rectifying circuit and twelvepulse rectifying circuit, combined with the characteristic of low voltage and large current,confirme the object of study is twelve pulse rectifying circuit, and emphasize analyseinternal features of circuit and DC-side Current ripple characteristics and mechanisms, setthe stage for the below ripple rejection theory, then certificate the validity of designed pulseflat wave current rectifier system through circuit simulation.Explain necessity of DC ripple rejection, put forward two ripple rejection schemes ofpassive filter and DC active power filter. First, analyse and design single-tuned passive filterand improved combination-type passive filters, find appropriate component parameters ofripple rejection through simulation to some extent, then design DC active power filter basedon H bridge for the harmonic that passive filter can’t filtering, design scheme includeoperating condition、major parameters、detection method、control strategy and so on, finallycompare several ripple rejection schemes effect through simulation.The key of constant current control system is current smooth operation, so designsingle neuron constant current agorithmic cntroller,discuss theory and structure of singleneuron adaptive system, make an analysis of the system stability, on that basis, establishsingle neuron constant current PID agorithmic model, prove it superiority through contrasting with the application of conventional algorithm in the system.
