In the case of energy shortage and growing environmental pollution, energy conservation and environmental protection has become a topic of common concern in the world and a key measure of technical indicators. As one of the power-hungry lighting source has also become the focus of attention of the society, more and more attention to green energy-efficient lighting. The light-emitting diode (LED) have many advantages, for instance, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, safe reliability, long life and small size and so on, so as a fourth-generation light source for lighting in the area. To achieve LED lighting technology, you need to design a suitable drive circuit.A LED constant current driver of300W high efficiency and low harmonic is designed in this article. Through the analysis of the LED characteristics and the driving power, adopted drive circuit based on the UCC2800to guarantee its constant current output, and with zero voltage switching (ZVS) to solve the power problem of low efficiency at light load; used a power factor correction converter based on L6562D controlling to reduce the harmonic pollution, a detailed analysis of the L6562D works under critical conduction mode, and design the main parameters and control circuit. Then, making program analysis and circuit design to improve the efficiency of the LED drive power, wherein detailed analysis of the transformer design, and design the main parameters and control circuit. And it have the EMI circuit design, the design of the rectifier circuit, a detailed analysis of the various parameters of the circuit design.This paper produced a300W LED constant current drive power, after completed each circuit of the main parameters design, schematic analysis and circuit design. In order to verify the feasibility of the power, a simulation experiments go ahead by SABER software and its performance test; simulation and performance testing results show that the power supply to meet the purpose of the designed.
