Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a "customer-centric" businessmodel. As a solution, consist of data warehousing, expert systems, CIT, cloudcomputing, mobile technology, almost all the latest informationtechnology.Researching on CRM will impact existing enterprise marketing, sales, andservice management concepts. How to introduce information management systemcorrectly and timely, rather than a mere formality, is the predicament of majorityenterprises. From this point, to build on B/S architecture customer relationshipmanagement system, get rid of the existing customer management model, to solvecustomer data incompleteness and inconsistency, to enhance the validity of data,ultimately digging deeper customer resources, maintain existing customers, identifypotential customers, thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.The system is designed with the latest customer relationship management theory asa starting point for the shoe company’s customer relationship management. We useMicrosoft. Net technology as the framework. The integrated development tools useVisual Studio2010, and the database uses Microsoft SQL Server2000, Applicationserver is IIS6.0.The overall structure use B/S architecture. For the customer privacyand security reasons, the WEB system common to prevent SQL injection attacks,sensitive information stored using the MD5encryption technology.During the softwaredesign process, consider the mobile application implementation with the needs offuture development.In the design process, we use software engineering methods, and UMLobject-oriented modeling techniques flexible, the overall design phase, based on theanalysis of demand, given the system use case diagram, define the system ’s functionalrequirements, functional division of the module will be the whole system is divided intofive, namely, basic data management, customer relationship management, customercare management, system settings, and database management; detailed design stage,including database design, process design and interface design. Achieved for thecustomer allocation, customer contact, customer visits the management of the wholeprocess and prompt customer care clerk in a timely manner, the customer care to be the result of the feedback, data backup and recovery.After introducing the customer relationship management system, the effectivenessand relevance of the customer management have been fully upgraded.
