Design And Realization Of Enterprise Real Time Management System

Along with the development of information technology and development ofintertnet, management work of all walks of life will depend on information managementsystem more and more, develops its irreplaceable advantage in management process andimproves the efficiency of management work. However, in the field of enterprise’stransaction, the transaction management of domestic enterprises is still in the traditionalmanagement mode with low management efficiency and long period of design cycle.Being faced with increasing demand on business volume, the traditional managementmode is in severely inconsistent with the demand of development. Therefore, the issueof how to utilize informatization methods to improve management efficiency becomes ahot subject in present academia. Although collaboration design management systemwhich is relatively mature and is suitable for the industry has been produced at abroad,little of these collaboration design systems is combined with domestic managementpractices, making the system have some incompatible problems in application processand fail to settle issues concerning domestic design management practices, especiallythe management practices of transaction management of domestic enterprises. Most offoreign systems can not meet design requirements of domestic employees of medium-and small-sized enterprises.According to this study background, based on investigation and analysis oftransaction management procedures of one company production of heat sink in xinxiang,relevant theories of workflow is analyzed in this thesis, applying the theory of workflowto transaction management of enterprises. Moreover, real-time management system ofenterprise is analyzed and designed in detail, and WEB framework is utilized to realizethe function of the system. And through right control in the system，different functionscan be provided to clients. Based on the System development of enterprise systems,wedecided to utilize the Microsoft Visual Studio2008from Microsoft because it providesus a helpful toolkit for the database access. based on MySQL can be designed byutilizing the enterprise management system.Through this thesis design, the efficiency ofenterprise’s transaction management is improved practically. This makes enterpriseemployee can be faster finish staff task, makes All the work of the enterprisemanagement standardization, systematization, automation, so as to improve effectively the enterprise management purpose.In the first chapter of this thesis, the studybackground of this subject, relevant study thesiss at home and abroad and studysignificance are analyzed, laying a real foundation for this thesis study. In the secondchapter of this thesis, relevant theories and key technologies of enterprise’s real-timemanagement is elaborated, and the principle of workflow and key technologies forrealization of the system is introduced in detail. In the third chapter, functions of thesystem are analyzed, and the system feasibility. In the fourth chapter, based on thesystem analysis, database of the system are designed. In the fifth chapter, realized thefunction of the system.Through this thesis study, the efficiency of enterprise’s transaction management isimproved. This thesis study is Enterprise of reference significance for other enterprisesto, according to specific conditions, develop collaboration design management systemwhich is in consistent with their own demand.
