Completion of this paper as follows:Design a four-story structure during the system design process, according to hospital information construction layout. The workflow layer is added between the business layer and data layer, to complete the separation of business logic and control logic. Use of workflow technology to deal with complex and variable business processes.In the system requirements analysis and system implementation phase, the linical information system frequently interact with the database. By optimizing database design, Shorten the response time, improve the efficiency of medical worker.Through the use of workflow transaction in the system, timely handle exce- ptions, improve the system's fault to tolerance. Unusual system exception defects trigger defect tracking, records trace information,the developer accord log infor- mation to optimize the system.
