At present, the problems about long-process requirement, frequent communication,long-queue task of China Telecom Fuzhou Branch cause low-response, bad-perception,big-pressure. This thesis considers a new method to change the current status of ITsupport--"Business Data Acquisition System of Fuzhou Telecom". Through "ITSystem" insteading of "IT Department", it realizes data extracting, IT staff releasing,data resource boosting and gives full play to requirement sponsors.The content of this thesis is the construction of an intelligent data acquisitionsystem. According to the marketing plan and policy, business marketers no IT based canautomatically complete the data acquisition task through three steps made of the datatheme selecting, the target user delineation, the user features perfecting. The system isbased on DataMart, consists of login module, data acquisition module, systemmanagement module. From the point of the perspective of software engineering, thisthesis introduces the system requirements analysis, system design, systemimplementation and system testing. Among them, in the part of the system requirementsanalysis, it mainly clears and defines the system construction goal about "simple, fast,effective". According to business requirements, the system is divided to some functionalrequirements. At the same time, combining the system non-functional requirements anddesign constraints, software and hardware, performance and interface of the system aredefined. Then, following the main line of "data acquisition is the process of SQL scriptassembled", the overall system architecture, network topology structure, the overallactivity diagram, module structure, processing flow, database E/R design and DataMartof the system are defined. Finally, using Visual Studio2008and PL/SQL Developdevelopment tools, DataMart and Three Modules of the system are realized and tested.This system has already been used in China Telecom Fuzhou branch. Through thesystem, the marketing plan is executing faster. It realizes the data acquisition easy,expeditious and effect, it also let users fetch data in reach. On the one hand, it speeds upthe marketing plan promotion and the target data collection, making post-businessevaluation convenient. On the other hand, it reduces the IT staff pressure, releases thetedious work, let IT staff put more energy into the field of data security and dataanalysis.
