The application Power materials management in the county-town power bureau isa new subject. Agricultural power materials management is in a loose state that is whenuse,when purchase. Using information technology means, it takethe implementation of standardized management of agricultural power supplies as themain goal, make the subsystem process control of plan of materials, stork-in,stork-outand stork-back. As the technical means of system into the capital planning, inventoryration, typical design. It provide accurate and timely information for the managementand decision-making man, and supply thoughtful and meticulous service for the man ofsupplies application.So It can make planning purchase,stork-in with contract, getting material withbill, delivery with vehicles, standard process, analysis with data reduce cost, reduce lossand control the capital. The topic would begin to run on January,2010, it can realize thematerial under control and share information to achieve good management effect.Through the preliminary investigation of the actual demand of the materialmanagement application of Puyang county electric power bureau and the analysis of thecurrent running system and the combination of the management philosophy of qualitysystem, the paper completes the standard and automatic management towards thesystem process of electric supplies operation. And the system adopts the system andstructure development of c/s (client/server) model and uses the widest object-orientedsoftware modeling technology(UML). The database is built on the SQL Sever2000platform of Microsoft through the related operation of the typical configurationtechnology of electric material and the concept of workflow to all the business ofsupplies flow direction. Application procedures adopt deiphi6.0development and thesystem has done the whole process of monitoring of materials.Technology system and material management system to achieve schema development put forward in the paper can make the work of the whole materialmanagement standard, systematic and automatic, and make the work step on goodrunning orbit. And they can also prevent the waste of electric material, provide thecorresponding decision analysis for managers, improve material management level andhave some positive effect on economic benefit as well.
