In recent years, the rapid development of computertechnology, the use of its represented by the modern information technology totransform traditional school management system has become the consensus of the fieldof education, computers strong management, computing, processing, output informationand data capabilities for schools managers see the innovative concept of educationaladministration a powerful tool.This article in accordance with the guidance of modern software engineeringmethodology, and gradually carried out for the current process in the school educationaladministration management information system design, development, testing,deployment work can be completed using the system include learning studentinformation management, Intelligent Scheduling, test management, performancemanagement, teaching outcome evaluation functions.To accomplish this task, the paper first by reading the domestic and internationaldata, clear the system belongs to the field of management information systemsdevelopment history and characteristics, analysis of such systems in the design anddevelopment process of the work steps. In the process of investigation and businessusers to analyze the process of gradually clear management process, analyze the role ofthe system involved, clarify the role of power relations between the business processesto the data flow diagram and ER diagram form sorted out. This paper chooses B\Sarchitecture pattern achieved using J2EE strong support for distributed developmentcapabilities, we design the system deployment environment, a clear network systemdesign objectives, covering the core layer, convergence layer and access layer. Then thispaper launched a system module function and process analysis, including school recordsinformation management module, Intelligent Scheduling module, performancemanagement and other modules. After the database design process as the guidingprinciple of the system launched a logical and physical design, design a database table,MySQL-based stored procedures, while the paper selected RBAC mechanism as the system access control methods. This paper describes followed based on J2EE-compliantSSH framework for system presentation layer, business layer and data layer method,introduced the Student Management System implementation and user interaction design;introduces workflow-based business automation component design method, a clearworkflow system design, development steps. Finally, a functional test of the system,including login testing, data validity checking test into the test, performance statisticsmodule testing. Through this system design and development practice shows that thesystem has certain practical significance.
