Research And Implementation Of WorkFlow Management System In OA Based On J2EE

Workflow management technology is core of collaborative office Automation system. Workflow separates business logic and process logic, and this characteristic provides OA with high agility that enables enterprises to develop applications quickly with various facilities, which can suit the requirements of ceaseless remodification or recombination of business logic.J2EE system architecture is used to achieve workflow management system of office Automation system in this paper.Firstly, workflow technology is analyzed and reviewed from different angles in the paper, then COA-WorkFlow system model is presented based on theory of WFMC's reference model, and follow with general design of workflow management system. After that, the design and implementation of process definition interface and process definition tool of COA-WorkFlow are presented with implementation of interface process in runtime. Finally, by applying interpreting function of custom expression, flow model is changed more flexible and functionality of work-flow have been improved dramatically.The research purpose of the paper is that not only provides a workflow management system which suits OA, but more important is that presents a flexible platform which keeps coupling degree of application and workflow system in lower status.
