IT technology update speed is very fast, and university IT curriculum is oftendifficult to keep up with the development of enterprise applications, and in the actualteaching is more focused on the lack of theoretical teaching skills development,resulting in IT-related professional personnel training and there is a big social needs gap.Through this project ’s goal is to build leading-style online learning platform,optimizing the learning process, and strengthen guidance and student teacherinteraction, student-student interactive learning, improve learning fun; simultaneouslybased on the platform by integrating IT job skill requirements and the current hospitalschool IT teaching complemented by original manufacturers modular certificationcourses, through knowledge and learning-experiments consolidation-case trainingprogressive way of teaching students a comprehensive skills by teachers to guidestudents to online skill learning aid to help overcome and shortening the gap betweenschool and enterprise applications.This thesis studies how to learn from the e-learning theory and technology research,choosing a college IT education as a breakthrough, the social construction theory "lead-based learning model " used in IT training courses online learning platform. Teachingthe same time for the actual needs of the system requirements analysis and overalldesign, and thus the core database system module and the detailed design and systemimplementation and improvement of the related tests.Led and online learning platform is the teacher, effective online communicationbetween students. This issue through Microsoft SharePoint and Lync server platformtechnology, HTML5new subtitle technology to organize interactive video timeline textmessage, or by the side of the video show the form of subtitles, the formation of a newtype of video communities to effectively implement attached to the knowledge toexplain the scene of online interactive communication. Through online learningplatform for students to use statistical analysis of data, to help teachers understand thestudents’ learning progress, timely adjustments to classroom learning, to achieve thissystem positioning aid IT courses teaching purposes.Led and online learning platform is the nature of teachers lead students throughonline learning platform to carry out studies. This topic innovative use of two-dimensional code technology to lead the students through the mobile terminal intothe micro-video learning, to achieve anytime, anywhere mobile learning, embeddedlearning, learning and second panel micro-assisted learning and other new technologyconcepts in e-Learning platform application.The system uses Microsoft SharePoint platform and PhoneGAP mobiledevelopment components, the use of this architecture effectively save developmentcosts and shorten the development cycle, reduce development risk. While theapplication of mobile terminals HTML5, Web APP and the generation oftwo-dimensional code recognition and other key technologies that led and onlinelearning platform in the mobile computing tide shined.
