In recent years, the surging number of smartphone users and the rapid development of the smart terminal technology lay the foundation for the mobile Internet into tourism. Mobile Internet has changed the traditional way to travel and has become the focus of the tourism industry. The application of mobile information technology in trip service meets the consumer s’ demands of mobilization, locationization, individualization and self service. The rapid development of mobile Internet and the changes in travelers’ using habits provide a huge market space for mobile tourism.With the development of mobile terminals, mobile applications have mushroomed in an endless stream. But the mainstreams of the mobile platforms are incompatible, and there is no standard set of interfaces to achieve cross-platform software development. The same function needs to develop different programs for different systems, which will lead to high development and maintenance costs. Cross-platform issues need to be resolved.In response to these problems, the technology of developing mobile applications with HTML5, Java Script, CSS, JQuery, JQuery Mobile and cross-platform tool Phone Gap is more and more widely used. Based on these web technologies, this paper designed a scenic two-dimensional code guiding system on smartphone. The whole system consists of five parts: two-dimensional code module, video playback module, graphic presentation module, map module and server module. Based on the zxing open source project in the two-dimensional code module, the thesis is designed to achieve the Phone Gap scanning plug-in development under the Android platform. The main function of this module is to scan the interested two-dimensional code image and get the related videos, text information. Based on the new features of HTML5 and CSS3 and combined with Java Script, the video playback module achieves a cross-platform Scenic video playback system. In the graphic description module, the module structure is realized by using HTML and JQuery Mobile, the presentation layer design is accomplished by using CSS, and the behavior-layer design is achieved by using Java Script and Jquery which eventually generate the graphic browser available for tourists. Based on the openlayers project, the map module achieves the map rendering of multi-source geographic data, positioning, searching and other functions, which provides location and line services for tourists. The server uses Nodejs to handle the clients’ requests and adopts Mongoose module to access Mongo DB for information exchange. With this cross-platform technology, the whole system reduces the development and maintenance costs for each mobile terminal platform.
