Application of barcode technology in the tool management of large hydropower stations,it is helpful to improve the information management of tools and avoid the low efficiency of manual registration.But in practical application,QR code images which collected by taking pictures,often with noise,complex background interference,distortion distortion,and fouling cover and so on.At this time,QR information can't be read effectively.In order to solve the above problems,in this paper,in-depth study on the basis of the QR code technologies to proposed a method of QR code correction recognition for nonlinear distortion distortion.And according to the actual needs of the hydropower station tool management process,the realization of the system,implements the tool management mobile terminal webapp system based on the QR code recognition technology.The main contents of this paper:(1)Summarize the basic knowledge about QR code technology,to find out the algorithm flow suitable for this system.(2)In response to the problem which identification of nonlinear distortions in bar codes,an algorithm for correcting the distortion of nonlinear distortion based on the minimum area external rectangle and the region growth is proposed.(3)After the analysis of the tool management process of the hydropower station,implements the tool management mobile terminal webapp system based on the QR code recognition technology.After repeated tests,this system can meet the demand,and good operation.
