Along with the continuous development of offshore petroleum resources, countries of theworld continuously enhance the awareness of subsea production control systems development,subsea production control systems developed for the deep water resources are constantlyemerging. The subsea production facilities monitoring system is the practical monitoring systemused in subsea production control systems of the marine oil, therefore, the development of highreliability and stability of subsea production control system is critical. From the early1970s, ithas been developed over forty years. In our country, the subsea production control systemtechnology is relatively backward. It is in this case, we began to study the subsea productionfacilities monitoring systems. This paper designs and studies the subsea production facilitiesmonitoring system based on WinCC.First, in this paper, the functional requirements of the subsea production facilitiesmonitoring system are introduced, and the types of subsea production control systems arecompared. Then, the paper introduces the overall composition and function of the subseaproduction facilities monitoring system.Second, the paper elaborates the design principles of the subsea production facilitiesmonitoring systems, then designs the subsea production facilities monitoring system accordingto the design principles, finally, introduces the monitoring system hardware selection, industrialstandardization and OPC protocol specification.Third, the paper introduces Siemens WinCC configuration software, and use SiemensWinCC configuration software to design the monitoring interface configuration in the subseaproduction facilities monitoring system, such as configuration interface design redundant systemdesign the remote monitoring system design and so on, and make a detailed introduction to thefunction of each part of the design.Finally, the paper conducts the OPC communication test between total control room serverand the master control station server, and to verify the accuracy and stability of transferdata.The paper conducts Web Navigator remote monitoring experiment, so the managers canbrowse the working condition of the subsea production facilities via the Internet, at the sametime it can control the equipment and improve the efficiency of the subsea production system.
