With the increasing demand for oil,the world continues to strengthen the exploitation of deep oil and gas resources,the subsea production system has been rapidly developed which is used in the exploitation of deep oil and gas resources. Subsea production electronic control system is the guarantee of the safe operation of the subsea production system,is the key equipment of the exploitation of deep oil and gas resources, while the master control station is the center of the whole subsea production electronic control system,so the stability and reliability of the master control station is very important. We study the subsea production electronic control system very late, there is a big gap compared with the developed countries.In order to change the backward situation, we begin to study the design of master control station in the subsea production electronic control system based on WinCC. The study has great significance to the exploitation of deep oil and gas resources in our country.Firstly, the paper describes the working principle of the master control station, the function of the master control station, and then designs the overall scheme of the master control station according to the principles of the master control station, then describes the hardware and software configuration of the master control station, finally explains the layout of the c testing room and the design of the master control station electric control cabinet.Secondly, the paper illustrates the hardware of the master control station based on the overall scheme,introduces the main hardware and related interface,completes the hardware equipment selection of the master control station, and introduces the selection of the PLC and other major hardware devices.Thirdly, the paper introduces the operation and management system of the master control station, describes its communication process, analyzes its functional requirements,summarizes station configuration variables of the master control station, designs its configuration process in derail.Finally, the paper completes the OPC communication configuration settings between S7-1200 and WinCC based on WinCC, STEP 7, Station Configuration Editor. Operators can monitor the operation condition of the S7-1200 remotely and monitor the equipment effectively.
