China in the field of marine engineering technology withdeveloped countries, there is a large gap, however, especially in the control module testingunderwater.Subsea control module is a key component of the subsea production facility which isused for controlling and monitoring the normal operation of the subsea facility. The runningstability of the subsea control module directly affects the normal work of the subsea productionfacility. Before entering water, subsea control module should have a functional and performancetesting to ensure its stability to meet the requirements. Therefore, the design and research ofsubsea control module testing device has great significance.Firstly, by analyzing the subsea control module function, working principle, main part andthe implementation of drive device, clearing test object. The main parameters of the test object,the test device test target were proposed, finally, in connection with the "control" and"monitoring" function determined a "hydraulic “and “electrical†test methods, and elaborated onthe contents of the tests,laid the foundation for the design of subsea control module testingdevice’s overall program.Secondly, The basis of in-depth research and analysis of the test method and the test object,proposing the basic functional requirements of the test device. Determining the overall design ofthe test device including: test bench, test device hydraulic source signal device and test system,and completing the component selection. According to the test object functional performancerequirements, completion of the the subsea control module test station and hydraulic sourcedesign and components selection, explained the function of the signal generating means and thetest system.Thirdly, according to test the functionality and performance of test system, test system withsubsea control module and test bench three signal exchange,designing test system hardwareprogram and selecting key components and test systems for selection.Finally, using WinCC configuration software designs the graphical interface of test systems,completed test system main interface, the trend curve interface, historical data interface and theuser interface design, to realize the test system for subsea control module control functions, as well as real-time feedback on the test bench test parameters and subsea control module datadisplay, data archiving. |
