Quality Management Research Of The Radio Direction Finding Station Construction

In recent years, with the development of radio technology, social progress andeconomic development, various types of radio services has been widely applied in ourproduction and life. Ensuing to effectively managing and monitoring theelectromagnetic spectrum, our radio management industry has invested a lot ofmanpower and financial resources for the construction of various levels of radiostations and finding stations in the last decade, these professionals have started to playan important role in the social management facilities. But at the same time, becausesuch facilities are highly specialized high-tech equipment, the localization rate is verylow, construction requirements is very high, quality requirements of the completion ofthe project is strict.The uses of radio monitoring systems measure the project is to collect andmanage information on the selected region of the electromagnetic spectrum, theinformation needs to undergo a long-term accumulation and science can play a betterrole in treatment. After the completion of the project at each station, basically do nothave the possibility to migrate reconstruction,the impact from the project qualitymanagement of the radio spectrum for the region is long-term, which also requires theneed to strengthen science in the whole process of construction projects supervision,to ensure to meet the design standards.This paper attempts to apply the theories of modern quality management to theradio station’s construction management, to achieve the scientific and effectivemanagement in the entire construction process and aspects.The content and framework of this study are as follows:the first chapter describesthe background and significance of this;the second chapter introduces the basic theorywhich is based on Institute research status at home and abroad related fields;the thirdchapter describes the specific object of this study, analysis of various factors thataffect the quality of the project exists;the fourth chapter describes the necessity andfeasibility of quality management theory to guide the construction of the project;the fifth chapter is on the basis of analyzes the quality problem, proposingcountermeasures;the sixth chapter summarize the paper on the basis of the aboveanalysis and propose vision for the future of the project study.Based on the researches of the project, combined with the actualsituation,analysis the issue of quality monitoring stations facing the construction andrisk,due to the current special facilities research for the management of the radio isnot much,this paper attempts to divided the issue into four categories which ismanagement, economic, technological and potential risks,analyze each of them andpropose prevention and solutions,try to make some useful exploration to the qualitymanagement of radio station monitoring and direction finding.
