Research On The Quality Analysis Of Financial Status Of Listed Companies

Listed companies are the foundation of the development of capital market,which is of great significance to promote China's high-quality development.They are not only promoters but also leaders.Until October 9,2020,there are 5056 listed enterprises in China,with a market value of about 74 trillion yuan and 90 industries involved.In the first half of 2020,the proportion of listed enterprises in the form of real economy in all enterprises in China is one in ten thousand,and its total income is about 50%,so is the investment in scientific research,which plays an important role in economic development.Therefore,many stakeholders pay attention to the financial quality of listed enterprises,and the financial situation is related to the strength of the company's comprehensive ability and vitality.In order to make correct investment decisions,enterprise leaders must analyze and evaluate the financial situation of the company.In order to maximize the value of the company and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise,creditors must ensure the safety of investment funds.Therefore,the analysis and evaluation of the financial situation of listed companies has become an important topic in modern society.When analyzing the financial quality of global listed companies,the conventional methods include ratio analysis,Du Pont analysis and trend analysis.This paper attempts to find a new perspective of financial statement analysis,using the financial situation quality evaluation method constructed by Professor Zhang Xinmin,a Chinese scholar,to establish a new financial situation quality analysis framework,so as to accurately grasp the financial information and non-financial data published by listed enterprises.This paper analyzes the quality of accounting status of listed enterprises by establishing the evaluation system of accounting status,including capital structure,assets,profits and cash flow.Taking cm company as the research object,this paper analyzes the financial quality of enterprises by integrating the relevant information from 2016 to 2019.Through the comprehensive analysis of the quality of financial situation,we can see that the overall quality of financial situation of CM company is good,but there are also some problems,such as less use of debt financing,failure to give full play to the financial leverage effect,less obvious effect of asset expansion,slower growth of profits,insufficient cash flow from operating activities to fully support the enterprise's foreign investment.This paper holds that in the future development,CM company should pay attention to financial leverage and increase the proportion of creditor's rights moderately,not only in the form of long-term borrowing,but also in the form of short-term borrowing,and formulate corresponding strategies according to the actual needs of enterprises;We should not only strengthen the strength of foreign investment,but also pay attention to the quality of investment,increase the inspection of investment projects,and ensure the stability of investment income;Strengthen the main business' s role as the main force of core profit,ensure the core of its main business,enhance the competitiveness and profitability of its business activities,and realize the stable growth of business income and core profit.
