Currently, broadcast quality information about radio broadcast sites mainly relies on manual monitoring and feedback, which is time-consuming and passive. So it is urgent that Radio Stations should establish a set of intelligent program quality monitoring system to real-time monitor audio broadcast from coverage area. Only in this way, users can receive stable and high quality audio programs.Firstly, in this thesis, an investigation about similar systems and related technology at home and abroad is introduced. Compared to the traditional broadcast quality monitoring system, which only concerned about technical indicators, this thesis propose audio quality evaluation method based on the ITU-R BS.1387standard, which successfully solved audio quality monitoring problem. Obviously, it has good practical value and innovation significance.Secondly, those technologies,such as audio coding and network transmission、 audio data alignment and homology judgment、PEAQ(Perceptual Evaluation of Audio Quality) standard algorithm adjustment for broadcast audio quality objective assessment are studied. The intelligent broadcast quality monitoring system, which includes remote radio receiver and data processing server, is designed and implemented. From the aspect of key technologies and design process, each module of the data processing system, which consists of distributed data reception, audio quality objective assessment, Web services and data storage, are elaborated in this thesisFinally, the typical environmental of the application is described, and the effect of the system is demonstrated. The need for improvement is also summarized. The system will be much helpful for radio station to monitor broadcasting quality.
