With the development of the educational reform, the more enriched and practical thecourses will be, the more accumulated materials will have. In order to improve the officeefficiency and realize the office automation, it’s necessary to develop a Secondary CollegeFile Management System.The paper is aimed to analyze the whole system by using the object-oriented method. First,I need to analyze the present file management procedure of the course and point out theexisting disadvantages. After that I’ll summarize the results of the analysis and then elaborateon the importance of developing a course file management system. Next, the paper is toanalyze requirements of the system to confirm the system’s participants; to make explicit eachuse case, and to describe it via the case diagram. After the requirements analysis, confirmingthe function that the system should include, the next is to analyze on feasibility of therequirements and it comes to discuss whether the system is practicable or not. The analysiscontains lots of aspects, such as technology, economy, social and so on. After finishing theanalysis step, we move into the designing part. First, it’s to make the overall designing objectand programs explicit; the next step is to analyze the database and draw an E-R diagram aftersetting down the frame of the whole system by designing the class-diagram of the staticmodel based on the object. During the period of analysis of dynamic model, the paper makesasummary of the system by analyzing and gaining the activity diagram and sequence-diagramof the details of the course team, updating the course information and reviewing the coursematerials which belong to the operation targets of the deans.The main functions of the system are to manage the course materials, group date, thematerials of arranging curriculum. It realizes the information and network of the filemanagement.
