| Product Data Management(PDM) technology, based on software technology, is a subject about managing all information related to enterprise's products(such as digital documents and database records) and relevant processes(such as approving/publishing, modifying, regular processes and configuration management). At the same time, it provides integrated information management in the entire life-cycle of products, to build a parallel collaborative environment for products'design and production in the whole enterprise. In short words, PDM is a tool helping to manage products'data and their developing processes. And information integration of all departments is just the goal for enterprise who implements PDM system.PDM system's primary function modules include data vault and file management, work-flow management and system management, etc. Data vault and file management is the key function of PDM system, the primary technological problems of which include: file uploading, storage methods, downloading controlling, backup and recovery of data, and so on. And the solution to these problems will greatly affect the usability, consistency, data security and the whole performance of the network.This article has researched the technology development of file-resource management based on web in-depth, analyzed the special requirements of large-scale manufacturing enterprises for PDM system, and is searching for solution about providing stable and reliable file management services. After studying and researching the management theory of file system, the realizing principle of file-uploading components and the transaction theory of HTTP and FTP protocols, this article gives out solutions about file transaction method, file-system's storage structure and file buffering design. After that, this article uses layered architecture design principle and Web application development technologies based on .NET platform to make detail analysis and designs for the prototype system of PDM file management module.At the end, this article gives a comprehensive evaluation to this solution, and gives out the further working plans. |
