First preliminary exploration of the background field of the file system to national and industry standards such documents as the basis, a combination of pure BS and pure CS system has the advantage, in order to J2 EE development platform, based on the re-establishment of the CS BS system architecture, in practical openness, security, and can be developed on the principles, established a set of complete file management standardization system, the file management truly digital, electronic and network operation and management.Then, on the basis of demand analysis, combined with the design and development of the existing system, the overall framework of the system, on this basis, further analysis of the detailed design of function modules of the archives information management system, according to the demand of the system, established the entity relationship diagram, design of the system database are analyzed. Moreover, this paper has design a new system, to achieve login module, document processing module, document retrieval module, document archiving rate statistics module etc. and the part of the interface of the system is given in the paper.Finally the system test has proved that the implementation of the system is able to meet the requirements. It can be a good alternative to the current file information processing in various types of inquiries, statistics, summary and other manual methods. it has a good effect to save time and labor cost, improve work efficiency.
