The Design And Implementation Of Equipment Management System For Qilu Normal University

Qilu Normal University equipment management system is developed under the background of the popularity of management for Social informatization. Qilu Normal University is a Normal Colleges with standardized management and modernizes equipment. With the increasing number of students and school scale, the number of instruments and equipment of college is also in constant increase, the total amount of information of these devices are also expanding, therefore the original equipment management system is hard to meet the development of the college, so a more comprehensive and efficient equipment management system is need for the college, so in this case, the equipment management system of Qilu Normal University was designed and developed.The system is mainly used C#language to design and development process, ASP.NET as development platform, is developed with B/S structure pattern. The paper is divided into five parts from the overall structure; they are introduction, requirements elicitation and analysis, system design, implementation and summary as well as the prospect, The system development background was introduced in the part of introduction, the main structure and what main work need to do, in demand analysis part was including the specific introduction of the requirement acquisition and analysis. In the part of system design, have completed the main technical framework and design process of the system, and the introduction of system database design, In the system realization part, to express the process of the system implementation through the interface screenshots and codes, to summarize and prospect for the paper at the last part.The system finally realized the personal equipment management, the management of the equipment account creation. Management for business change of the equipment user, loss and waste report management, repair management, loss calculation management, and business allocation management. The personal equipment management including equipment self-examination and back operation for the equipment which have objections, in equipment account creation management also including several function for the way to treatment the application reject, the new equipment user confirmation and other options included in the business change of the equipment user, and in the rest modules, they have similar function and all including the three function:application management, view application information and secretary examination of unit equipment.To successfully run the equipment management system in Qilu Normal University, help to solve the issue of equipment with a large amount of information, difficult to management which is long-term and hard problem for the leader and administrator of Qilu Normal University. It not only improve efficiency of equipment management, but also greatly improve the accuracy of the equipment management, it’s an important part of information office of college.
