Design And Implementation Of The Equipment Management System Of An Engineering Company

Recently, along with the development of national economy, industrial enterprise plays a critical role in booming the economy, increasing employment, promoting innovation, improving the people’s livelihood and so on. With the improvement of enterprise’s management level, Enterprise Equipment Management System which combines modern information technology with industrial enterprise equipment management has become an inevitable trend in the development of enterprise.The industrial enterprise equipment management is an important part of the enterprise management, the advanced equipment management can effectively improve the management efficiency and the production efficiency of the enterprise. Informationization is the method of realizing the advanced equipment management. So this paper has better value in practical application.This paper has a strong practical application value since it is derived from the actual facilities of the enterprise. This paper has put forward a set of the equipment management system suitable for engineering company using the technology of.NET based on reading a large number of literature, this system can meet the requirement of the basic needs and some special ones of this company, using the three layer architecture model to develop the system. It can not only meet the needs of the users but also has a good performance on enclosed. This system can effectively solve the problem of non-standard equipment management, non-shared information and the imperfect of the basic data.The paper first analyses the status of the equipment management of the engineering company, and make clear the system requirements, then design the function model of the system, and mainly emphasis on the designing the accounts of the equipment management, and implement the every function part. Finally, this paper carried on a comprehensive testing of this system. The results show that, every function part can running normally, and the system performs stability. This system works well in the company, and improves the work efficiency and management level of this company effectively.
