Workflow And J2ee Technology-based Office Systems Analysis And Design

With the development of mid- and small-scale enterprise and information technology, office automation becomes a main direction of small and medium-sized enterprises's IT application development planning,it also becomes the main strategy of improving the efficiency of mid- and small-scale enterprise office. Although the OA office software product is multitudinous, the newconcept,the new technology emerges one after another incessantly,the function is generally large and all-inclusive,but it is difficult to select an economy,feasible product from them directly, influenced by the economic base,enterprise scale,information talented person,and so on。In view of mid- and small-scale enterprise the work difficult position,I specially design one kind of feasible,security OA system for them,helps the enterprise to enhance the office efficiency,the promotion enterprise image.This thesis focuses on technologies based on J2EE and workflow, analyze,design and developed a feasible OA system of mid- and small-scale enterprises. The system computerizes dynamic flow of documents,the whole system is divided into seven modules:public information,personal office,deal with documents, personnel supervision, E-mail management, business management, system management. The system involves three layers: Browser,Web,DataBase. OA system server is implemented using JSP;DataBase is implemented using SQL SERVER 2000; client is implemented using Web Browser.During the development process,thanks to advanced J2EE technique the system features cross-platform,high performance,high reusability,high expansibility,high security and easy maintenance.The employment of these techniques lower the complexity meanwhile improves the development efficiency. Similarly thanks to advanced workflow technique and using JBPM to develop Workflw Engnie,the system implements Document Flow of the enterprise office environment well, and implements dynamic flow of documents.After the system is put into use,a Online office,remote office environment is developed, the flow of enterprise office business is computerized and the work efficiency is improved.Though this thesis focuses on the application of J2EE in a logistics project,it is a good reference to the application of J2EE in other management system.
