Whilemobile devices have become a necessary in the modern work and life, the projectmanagement system is also calling for a new model of working anytime andanywhere.This topic comes from the department of Customer Research&User ExperienceDesign Center (CDC) of Tencent. By using the Prowork project management system,our topic, combined with the traditional user-centered research method, discussed thepresent situation and development trend of toolswebsite system, and analysed thedifferent positioning of the project management system at all levels and angles.What’s more, wefocused on the perfecting of system function, the intuition of theoperation, the design of human nature,and the pursuing of simplified workflow. Bythe attempt of this subject, we try to discussthe design principles of humane enterpriseinformatization software, create a project management system with the most“simple,intuitive and effective” workflow, give employees more comfortable andpractical service, and bring more value-added services for enterprises.
