The e lectromagnet automatic batching tra ve ling crane is ma inly used inlarge-scale foundry, comp let ing the automatic batching o f ma gnetic raw materials,such as scraps、 meta l bulk materia ls and so on. Typ ica lly auto matic batchingequip ment for the foundry inc ludes: a plura lity of fixed raw materia l silos, theelectromagnet auto matic batching trave ling crane and load ing cars. The electromagnetautomatic batching traveling crane inc ludes three ma in parts: the two-beam trave lingcrane, trolle y, and the ma in hook. This research adopts advanced motor controltechno logy, develop ing new high precis io n electromagnet auto matic batchingtraveling crane control syste m, and enhanc ing the auto mation le ve l of batching in thelarge foundry. The ma in content of the paper is as fo llows:The paper first introduces the research background, deve lopme nt status andanalyzes the defic ienc ies of the existing syste m.The n it puts forward correspond ingrequire ments for improve ment about e lectromagnet automatic batching trave lingcrane. By ana lyzing and comparing, the paper proposes a new progra m aboutdeve loping high-precis ion electro magnets ingredie nts traveling crane controlsystem.Then paper describes the main research content and s ignificance of the thes is.Then the paper stud ies and puts forward a new way of high-precis ion dista ncelocatio n techno logy, obstacle detection a nd security technolo gy. By us ing the encoderand millimeter-wave radar sensors, we can achieve accurate pos itioning and obstacledetection about the trave ling crane. The use o f these techniques allows the syste msuccess rate of the ingred ients batching to be further improved. M illimeter-wave radarsensors being used on the trave ling crane makes the real-time detection o f obstaclescome true. It can tell us whether there are obstacles in front of the trave ling crane.Then we can change and adjust the moving of trave ling crane according to real-timedata fro m the millimeter-wave radar sensor and encoder, which is conduc ive todriving automatic deceleration and braking contro l, avoid ing econo mic losses causedby the accident. It is a lso conduc ive to achie ving the optima l path a lgorithm for thetraveling crane.Next, the paper researches on the motor contro l techno logy suitab le for trave lingcrane running environme nt to achie ve a smooth contro l of the motor running, anduniformly acceleration and deceleration. Using the inverter and space vector algorithm can rea lize real-time and effective regulatio n of the conduction current o fthe motor and effective speed control. It also can achieve stable brake and minimizemotor noise.At last, the paper uses MATLAB s imulation software to simulate the motor controlmethod. Meanwhile, we conducted motor debugging. The MATLAB simulation andmotor debugging verify the feasib ility of the space vector motor contro l algorithm.
