Ultra-white glass is the main material of solar PV, In this paper, the key technologies on the automatically batch control system are analyzed in conjunction with the batching project of Shaoyang, the main work are summarized as follows:First, analyze the characteristics of the ingredients technology, weighing mode, analyze the functional requirements of control system, design of a ultra-white glass rolling photovoltaic ingredients overall structure of the distributed computer control system combined with smart meter, PLC, industrial computer.Second, analyze the principle of the load sensor, designed a multi-speed function controller.Third, Design application software of computer control system for ultra-white rolling solar glass batching. Using the function modules designed applications software based on PLC, facilitating program debugging and shortening the development cycle. The monitoring and management procedures are designed by WinCC configuration software to make the system user-friendly, easy to use. System has been operated with stability, high control precision and strong function..The system is operated for a few months, showing user-friendly, stable operation and high accuracy. Practice proves that this system can be applied not only to glass batching industries, also can be used in chemical, food, cement, medicine and other control industries process required ingredients batching. |
