Now more than half of Internet users are micro blogging users, lightfrom the use of the number of point of view, the micro blogging influence isevident. Micro blogging in China also presents a good development trend, and themajor microblogging platforms rely on their respective strengths, the completion of theaccumulation of capital and the user of the microblogging enrollment is close tosaturation, But with the constant improvement of the microblogging functionality,micro-Bo still has upside.. Media literacy from abroad to the concept of continuousimprovement, with the continuous development of the media, the description of theconcept of media literacy, but it the connotation of the concept is still the cognitiveability of the public media, critical ability, and the ability to use. Micro blogging changethe mode of transmission, broke the absolute limits of the pass and recipients, and togive each person an equal right to speak.This article is divided into three main parts. The first part of the study of the microblogging media literacy concept, start from the the Casual, personalized features microblogging micro blogging humane functional services, related data and strength analysisof the current situation and problems of the micro bloggingcombing the relevantliterature to clarify the development of media literacy problems, the most critical medialiteracy is summarized connotation. The second part is a the micro blogging medialiteracy, including content passively received active production, from the silent majority"to" everyone has the microphone,"as well as the positive impact from a distance,political direct political participation, including the negative impact of that informationcollection tends to be more disordered information to identify the ability of challenges,more serious audience stratification. The third part is a micro blogging platform toenhance media literacy countermeasures, respectively, from the perspective oftraditional media, government departments, network service providers, the educationsector and micro blogging users, three aspects of cognitive ability, critical for mediumcapacity, the ability to use, such as the traditional media to play the role of "informationservices", the government departments to formulate specific regulations, strengthensupervision, network service providers to strengthen the gatekeeper awareness,education departments should grant media literacy knowledge micro blogging microblogging users to improve the ability to use specific and feasible countermeasures.
