My Opinion On Micro-blog Having An Influence On Cyber Democracy

This article are analyzed by the characteristics of micro-blog that subverts the traditional transmission. Micro-blog not only have the traditional media's propagative characteristics, but also has new and old media "hybrid" transmissive characteristics. Interaction of micro-blog bring people convenience of lateral communication. Micro-blog concurrently private and public communicative characteristics. Make original netizens transform passive consumer into active information publishers,transform the audience into public, so that each individual is able to display own subjective initiative. Micro-blog change former "top-down" mode of transmission into "bottom-up" mode of transmission. Personal micro-blog also less subject to influence of capital and right. It is more freedom and more open-vision in the agenda setting and communicative information activities.This paper illustrates that the micro-blog maintain and expand our people's democratic rights. It is the distributing utterance centre discussing public affairs and focus on public attention and shaping public opinion around major issues. It also acts as a tool of public participation in decision-making tool,acts as an edge tool of right on supervision by public opinion.It give play to cultivate democratic public consciousness, political participation, political expression, shaping public opinion and public power supervision of public opinion and so on.This paper further expounded how to harness the service tool in human society.
