Novel photoelectric detector with quantum effects enjoying lower dark current and higher photoelectric efficiency needs corresponding designed readout circuit (ROIC). This paper, according to the characteristics of the novel detector, introduced the design and research of capacitive transimpendance amplifier (CTIA) readout circuit, self-integration (SI) ROIC and gain adjustable CTIA readout circuit with dumping function. Optical platform and automatic testing system were used to test readout effect of different circuits for comparison and analysis.The results show that CTIA ROIC enjoys a higher injection efficiency, about96.62%at88nW irradiation power, while SI ROIC has a lower injection efficiency, about61.28%at88nW irradiation power20μs integration time. Dumping readout helps to improve CTIA ROIC and SI ROIC to readout performance of the novel device,126.59%and39.99%respectively. Gain adjustable CTIA readout circuit can work in high gain mode under weak background and low gain mode under strong background to avoid saturation and it can still work linearly when integration time increases to200μs.
