UV-detection technology is a high-tech integrated technology ,which is set in one optics, micro-machining,UV-detectors and integrated circuits. UV-detection technology has the following advantages such as high concealed lower false alarm rate and Good anti-magnetic Interference Characteristics and so on.It's very attractive in radar, communications, aerospace and other areas. UV-detection technology has a very wide range of market prospects both in military and civilian.Now it had been widespread attractived and extensively studied.Ultraviolet detector readout circuit is an important part of the ultraviolet detector focal plane arrays,which is between the UV-detector array and follow-up signal processing circuit.Nowadays,CMOS readout circuit is the mainstream of development direction of the readout circuit.Meanwhile, its performance directly affects the UV focal plane arrays, and even the entire UV-detection system performance. In this paper,we designed CTIA UV-detector readout circuit which is based on CSMC 0.5μm DPDM CMOS technology.The including the CTIA integral circuit, correlated double sampling circuits, subtraction circuits, the buffer output stage circuit, bandgap voltage reference circuit, sequential pulse generator and under voltage lockout circuit these circuit module.Each circuit module had been analysed and simulated.The simulation results show that the readout circuit can amplify and read out 0-5nA photocurrent generated by UV-detector, and the circuit has good noise characteristics and dynamic range.
