The limitations and shortcomings of human eyes largely limited human activity, understanding world, and the ability to change the world. Today, there is urgent need to improve, expand and extend the function of the human eye to access information, especially in low light irradiation conditions in the information society, so Night Vision technology and industry is promoted the developed. The article researches weak character and readout about the novel principles quantum effects photodetector with low dark current, high sensitivity, and excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency. Without using the pixel enhancer, the photodetector can detect less than 10-1lx illumination intensity irradiation. Through the appropriate selection and design, the novel photodetector could detect less than 10-2lx low light irradiation.Using the weak-light characteristic of the novel photodetector, a 633nm laser beam shot at the its sensitive window with the power of 7 nW, the readout response voltage was over 200mV and the responsivity can reach to 7.14E +07 V/W, and obtained preliminary spectral acquisition data.
